At TRUTHE, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.40, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Final Sale Items

At this time, no items are considered final sale, meaning all eligible items can be returned within the 14-day window.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
